The stadium level has merits that can be unlocked, and can be found in the game. Similarly to the mall level, there is a screen transition that mirrors the underline screen transition. This level was likely scrapped very early on and used for testing, as there are two variations of the level found in the game, one that spawns a pool of lava, and one that spawns a pool of water. Along with that, it is possible to load back into the level, the name of the level being "()". On the other hand, it doesn't have a proper background set up to it, but the collision works. This unused level is fairly feature complete, with merits and a functioning mission. Note that loading these levels normally might crash the game, as they do not have proper introduction cutscenes.
